My advice to women in general is for women to equip themselves mentally in order to meet up with the challenges of present competitive World.

Women educational empowerment is necessary because both men and women are playing the same role which includes going to work to provide for the family.

In developed societies, women are actively competing with their male counterparts in the fields of science and technology, in politics and in the social and economic sectors.

Young women should take their education very serious because it is upon a solid educational background and good behaviors that will determine their status in the Diaspora community or back home in their respective countries of origin.

I understand the fact that the economic condition of the United States causing many of us to only focus on jobs, to make more money with the intention of accumulating wealth, to buy fashionable clothes, jewelries and feet wears.

Um.., some of us also have huge family's problems back home to take care of, but without a career and a good educational background it is difficult to satisfy the above "human wants".

We learned from economists who say “human wants are unsatisfiable", it is difficult for one to be satisfied with what he or she has, especially materials things.

Finally, my strongest advice to women in general is to not neglect pursuing education because of economic responsibilities and family's pressure.

If we educate ourselves and our children, we will have a powerful and wealthy community. We will also have a stable relationship.

Above all, our education is our key to empowering ourselves. So ladies, don’’ allow peer pressure make you drop out of school. That would be the worst mistake ever made by you. Tell your friends you have a bright future when you go to school to learn and not the streets.
